Who we are?

Nice to meet you, I’m David Shadi 🙂
I’m a creator, programmer, and entrepreneur in the fields of content and technology. At 45, I was diagnosed with diverticulitis (a potentially life-threatening inflammation of the colon). Modern medicine couldn’t explain why it happened or how to reverse it. As a natural-born researcher and autodidact, I did what I always do—I embarked on a journey of discovery.
The scientific facts I uncovered shocked me to my core. I adopted a lifestyle based on biology, organic chemistry, physics, body awareness, and common sense. In less than a year, I lost 35 kg (77 lbs), my diverticulitis flare-ups stopped, I quit Cipralex, and the seborrhea that had plagued me since my 20s completely disappeared.
Today, I never stop researching, learning, and striving to improve my lifestyle—all based on scientific discoveries and personal experience.

At 42, I left the military 25 kg heavier than when I enlisted—plus, I had two little children (ages four and six). I had already accepted the false belief that my body had changed and would never return to what it was.
Maybe it was David’s illness, or maybe our move to the Golan Heights, but something pushed me to adopt an organic lifestyle, detox, explore permaculture, and practice intermittent fasting. The result? I effortlessly lost 24 kg (53 lbs). I also quit Cipralex, and, most importantly, I was able to wean my son, Noach (4), off sugar—which, in turn, helped him stop using his inhaler regularly.
As a woman, I feel a deep calling to share this knowledge and help other women realize that change is absolutely possible.
Who are we
We are an endlessly curious couple on a lifelong journey of learning. We’ve come to understand that our health is primarily in our hands—before doctors, before food manufacturers, before anyone else.
We study how nature can help us optimize our lives and heal ourselves, and we share this knowledge—gained through personal experience and independent research—right here. Throughout our learning process, we’ve relied on verified sources and maintained a scientific approach wherever possible.
